YCOE-Family Resource Center has been welcoming to a diversity of families. Our Marysville Center welcomes families of children with special needs 0-5 years that are located in the Yuba County Area. YCOE-Family Resource Center is here to educate parents and assist them in any way we can.
OUR SERVICES AND PROGRAMS
Alta Regional Center is an Early Start Program that provides early intervention services to infants and toddlers birth to 36 months of age. Alta Regional works together with parents to help the child develop and learn.
Family SOUP is dedicated to supporting, encouraging and providing information and facilitated referral to help families with children with special needs navigate complex service systems.

ABOUT US
YCOE-Family Resource Center seeks to foster the development of children 0-5 years, which are considered the early stages of development. Our FRC community is made up of a group of professional collaborators as well as parents who are passionate about helping and educating of other parents to receive the resources they need in Yuba County. YCOE-Family Resource Center offers the tools and the support necessary to parents and their children who have been diagnosed with a special need condition to help them reach their full potential.
